This group coaching container will be led by myself, Erin Andersen - a Career Transition Coach and LinkedIn Strategist.
I have helped nearly 200 clients transition their skill sets into a new career suited for not just their qualifications, but also their wants and needs.
My first expertise is in Career Transition. I have worked with career transitioners in almost every industry and setting including teaching, marketing, human resources, finance, operations, sales, project management, police chiefs, etc. I have helped professionals ranging from entry level to senior executives and board of directors.
My second expertise is in Toxic Work Cultures. In one company, I faced extreme verbal harassment in a stale, toxic work culture dominated by male leaders and an HR department that wasn’t ready to stand up for the employee. In another company, I faced sexual harassment daily in the office, at work functions, and especially on work trips.
After facing two toxic work cultures, I have tremendous experience with navigating toxic bosses, HR departments, PIP agreements, and even sexual advances.
I bring first hand experience - I know how to handle the logistics of toxic work environments.
I bring a unique skillset to the table - I am here to provide you with the support, confidence and tools to leave the job you are quite frankly exhausted of and/or transition out of a toxic work culture.

Every topic of transition will be covered including: Navigating transition, Networking, Recruiters, Resumes, Cover Letters, LinkedIn, Toxic Work cultures, Etc.
Structure of the Group Coaching:
- 1 Monthly Coaching Call / Guest Expert Call
- 1 Monthly Support Call for Navigating Transition
- 1 Monthly Q&A Call
- Access to a digital community with call recordings, a question bank , and networking with all program members
Commitment: Minimum of 3 months to experience the transition when you apply what is taught and you show up for monthly calls and implement the support provided
Schedule: Our group will meet 3x per month (The 1st, 2nd and 3rd Monday of every month 8pm-9pm EST, 4th week off) with calls led by Erin. She will also bring in guest experts to talk about topics including transition, workplace culture, workplace investigations, how to deal with anxiety during a job search or toxic work culture, recruitment, human resources, etc.
This is a continuous program: You will be able to enter the program for a minimum of 3 months and stay as long as you feel you need to be supported and navigate your transition.
